These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the cab/taxi services provided by Rathod Taxi Service, Somnath, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a cab with us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Cab, taxi, and tempo traveller hire for local, outstation, airport, and pilgrimage trips across Gujarat — Somnath, Dwarka, Diu, Sasan Gir, Junagadh, Rajkot, Ahmedabad. Availability subject to confirmation.
2. Eligibility & Bookings
You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. A booking request via website or WhatsApp is an enquiry only. A trip is confirmed only upon explicit acknowledgment by us via phone or WhatsApp message. Please provide accurate pickup, destination, date, and contact details.
3. Fares & Payments
- Base fare from ₹12/km, depending on vehicle type.
- Outstation packages may include a daily limit of 300 km; extra km charged at applicable rate.
- Toll, parking, state permits, driver night allowance charged separately unless stated otherwise.
- Payment accepted via UPI or other digital modes at time of service.
- Final fare confirmed at booking; subject to change based on fuel, route, and season.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Cancellation after driver dispatch: charge of ₹100 or actual driver travel cost, whichever is lower.
- We may cancel due to breakdown, unavailability, unsafe conditions, or force majeure. Any advance paid will be refunded within 7 working days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Be at pickup point at scheduled time.
- No illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
- No smoking, alcohol, or unlawful activity inside the vehicle.
- Customer liable for damage caused to the vehicle.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care for safe and timely travel. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. We remain liable for loss or injury caused by proven driver negligence. Maximum liability in all other cases is limited to the fare paid for the booking.

Complaints acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days.
8. Privacy
Personal data handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts at Gir Somnath, Gujarat.
